Postage quoted includes any handling, packaging etc. Please ensure you are happy with the item and the postage/packing fee quoted before bidding. If in doubt please ask questions, bid if you are sure you are happy with the item and you are able to pay for it.
International Buyers, I will post worldwide. Buyer pays for p&p. Overseas bidders please be aware postage costs can be high for heavy items. Over 2kg is extremely expensive. Please ask if you cannot see shipping stated in listing.
Please note, China & Glass cannot be insured so is sent at buyers risk (well packed to try and avoid breakages).
I cannot be responsible for the item once it has been posted but I do keep certificates of postage for everything I sell so compensation can be claimed through the Post Office.

I want you to be happy with your purchase and so offer a fair returns policy The buyer is responsible for all postage costs. Refunds will be granted providing the item is returned in perfect saleable condition. Please note that p&p is non refundable as it is a genuine expense incurred. Many items show Free P&P but this is an expense incurred by myself, so there will be a deduction from the refund for this. I can NOT return p&p costs, hence ask you to pay return postage on all items at your own cost, thus helping me to maintain a fair price for all buyers at all times.

Everything I sell is clean and in excellent condition unless otherwise stated. Many items are new.
Some of the items are second hand, collectables and antiques so are in used or played with condition. They will therefore have some faults or damage which will be stated where possible. It is difficult to list every detail and there may be something of importance to a collector that I may not be aware of and fail to mention.
