 Customer is fully responsible should a purchase be made and their country rejects or confiscates an item. So, folks PLEASE, please do your research prior to an online purchase to be shipped overseas to your country.

Please note that all of our electronic items are designed to operate on 110v electrical socket. If your country differs from 110v, you may need an adapter/converter prior to plugging the item into a wall socket. PLEASE know your country's requirements PRIOR to purchase. It is the responsibility of an International Customer to take due diligence in investigating your country's electrical voltage and obtaining the necessary adapter/converter before use of any item. If in doubt, please do not purchase. Even though an item of communications equipment may be suitable for use in another country, it is not necessarily suitable to use that equipment in another country. Different countries may have different requirements and standards for important equipment characteristics such as the voltage of the power supply or radiofrequency band in which it transmits.

 You, the customer, are RESPONSIBLE for knowing your own country's requirements.  Once Nolan's River Bay ships, we are not responsible should your item be rejected by customs or at a later date, you discover is is not acceptable in your country.  We cannot stress this enough.  PLEASE check with your country's regulatory agency before any online purchase of electronic items to be imported to your country.
EXAMPLES:  Find out if DECT 6.0 technology is accepted, the GHz allowed in your country, etc.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Unfortunately, due to some fraudulent transactions, Nolan's River Bay is forced to require a signature confirmation on any and all shipments in which the value comes over 225.00. This includes shipping charges in the total amount. Thus, if the overall price is 225.00 or greater, we will contact you with shipping options such as Fedex or UPS.

Nolan's River Bay regrets having to do this as we do realize and value our honest customers.  Yet, in these times, we are seeing more and more theft of property cases.  It is a shame when people steal as we have experienced with fraudulent transactions, especially since we try and help children in need with each sale. 

For your protection, and ours, we will require you use a shipping service where a signature can be obtained. Generally, this will either be UPS or Fedex. The cost to ship items above the 225.00 threshold will, in most cases, exceed what you are charged should you select a service like USPS. Therefore, we urge you to contact us prior to purchase and obtain the shipping fees. Otherwise, we will email you with the difference to upgrade shipping to signature confirmation deliveries.   At this time, we are unable to include Fedex charges in the eBay system, but we understand that is coming soon here on eBay.  So, you will not see the option for Fedex, just USPS.  Just keep in mind that Fedex is usually higher than what you are paying with USPS, and it would be best to await our final invoice with Fedex and UPS applied.
