Shipping

We use both Royal Mail and WNDirect for sending out parcels. Royal Mail is used for all UK orders and most Rest of the World orders. WNDirect is used when sending to European counties.
UK Standard Delivery: 1-3 days
UK Special Delivery: 1 day
European Orders: 2-5 days
International Orders: 10-21 days
European and International orders delivery estimates can vary, so please allow good time for your parcel.

Payment to be received within 7 days, disputes will begin if money has not been received.
We cannot and will not send items to different addresses to the paypal page.

You may return your purchase if you are unhappy with it for any reason within 30 days from the original order date, some restrictions apply.
If the item you are returning is either worn, damaged or is no longer in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached then we cannot guarantee that a refund can or will be given.
For refunds, exchanges and cancelled orders you have 30 days to return the undamaged item with its original packaging and labels, if this criteria is not matched then a refund may not be offered.
If you receive your item and you believe it is defective, you must stop using the item and contact us straight away. From here we can offer a replacement or a full refund.
