Should you wish to purchase more than one item from me I am more than willing to combine P&P. Just  use the buy it now for each item and I will refund the excess P&P to you through Paypal when items are dispatched

POSTAGE

All items are dispatched once payment is cleared in my account or following day if payment is made by Paypal. Although most items are delivered within a week please note that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 30 days have elapsed. All items are sent by 2nd class post or larger items by courier. If you require a different service then there will be an extra charge. I am willing to ship worldwide by Airmail - small parcels

Should you require a tracking number or any special service it can be provided at extra cost. More expensive items are sent by recorded delivery

RETURNS

I accept returns and any money is refunded upon receipt. Where items are wrongly supplied or found to be faulty, then a full refund will be made. In ALL other cases P&P will not be refunded and a 10% handling charge will be made. ALL used items dispatched are marked with Smartwater (www.smartwater.com)

Should you have a problem with any item supplied then please get in touch first either by phone or email as almost any problem can soon be sorted

 

It is with regret that I must increase my UK postal rates. Due to the recent Royal Mail price increase, the average parcel now costs me £3.70 to actually post and does not take into account the cost of padded envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, labels etc. All small packages will go by Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery. Larger items will go by courier which costs me £4.20. I will still continue to combine P&P charges on items wherever possible and still continue to post items within 24 hours of purchase where possible. I will still try to give you, the customer, the best possible service.

I surrender, give up and bow down to the great god eBay who insist that you, the customer wants free P&P. There is no such thing as “free” P&P. Someone , somewhere has to pay for it. This month eBay have taken final value fees from my P&P charges,  amounting to the best part of £200.00 and they will continue to do so even though I now offer “free” P&P. Unfortunately this means that I have had to put up the price of all of my items.  My cost of Royal Mail 2^nd class recorded is £3.70 + eBay want another 37p, then there is the cost of padded envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, labels etc and I have only put my prices up by £4.00 per item. To my overseas customers, please bear with me while I get the overseas P&P charges amended

This makes it very difficult to combine P&P for multiple items. I know this makes very small items expensive and should you wish to purchase multiple items then I suggest you either send me a message or ring me on 07880 952242

eBay insist all this will increase my turnover, the customers satisfaction and more importantly their fees, which ultimately come from yours and mine pockets

Rant over this will not affect my commitment to you, the customer and will try to continue the kind of service you have come to expect and deserve
