The single story barn conversion consists of a large open plan lounge/diner kitchen area with big T.V with Freeview and DVD/Video. Free wi/fi. Comfy sofa’s and a big pine table seating 6 and opening up for more space if needed. The kitchen includes washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave and is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday or long weekend,

Leading from a hall is two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other has full size bunk beds. A bathroom with bath, sink and WC. At the far end a master bedroom with king size bed, T.V, and en suite with level access shower, sink and WC.

All beds are made up before you arrive and towels are provided. A travel cot and highchair are available if requested.

Outside is a self enclosed small garden, washing line and table and chairs. A safe lockable storage box/shed for cycles etc.

THERE IS ALSO A LARGE SHARED PLAYING AREA WITH SWINGS

A very large grass shared playing area for children’s games and with swings are adjacent to the cottage.

The owners live next door, will greet and answer any questions but will leave you totally to enjoy your stay but be on hand if any problems.

We are sorry but we do not take pets but love well behaved kids and grown ups! To a maximum of 6.

 

In the heart of rural Suffolk, surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, this single storey barn conversion with three bedrooms  provides thoughtful and well-equipped holiday accommodation. Stradbroke is 2 miles with pubs, shops and swimming pool. Many attractions in Norfolk are equally accessible, including Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum. For superb sea views and wildlife, the coastal towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich and bird watching at Minsmere are a short drive. The zoos at Banham and Kessingland are a short drive, as are many car boot sales. Framlingham, a real country town is a great day out with the Castle and Saxted Windmill is within 8 miles of the cottage.
