RETURNS POLICY: With the exception about receiving an item not as described mentioned above, we would like to think that "All Sales are Final". We know buyers have already factored some risk into what they have bid or offered for our items. The same level of "Hassle Free Returns" expected with a retail purchase come with a premium. That premium has not been paid. Hassle Free Returns are NOT offered. That being said, we do understand that special situations can arise and exceptions can be made. Buyers are encouraged to contact us for a case by case consideration. Contact should be made within 3 days.
The following items are not returnable for ANY reason...
~ New, Sealed items that have been opened
~ Items that are abused or materially altered
~ Computer software, video game consoles / video games
~ Items sold "As Is" or for "Parts or Repair"
RESTOCKING FEE: In the event the we agree to accept a return, it will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee (most of this covers eBay Fees); provided the item(s) is returned in EXACTLY the same condition as received (example: original brand new, still sealed) condition. Restocking fee is higher for opened and/or used item(s) and require a visual inspection. Customer is responsible for prepaid shipping for a return. Upon receipt of the returned item and rigorous visual inspection, we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, less original S&H charges, less restocking fee. We will provide an RMA and return instructions. Each RMA is valid for 7 business days. We reserve the right to void and refuse any return if postmark/pickup for return falls outside the RMA period.
Undeliverable or Refused deliveries or otherwise returned packages are considered unauthorized returns. Transaction amount less 20% Restocking Fess, less original S&H charges, less additional return shipping charges will apply.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: Because PayPal make sellers responsible for delivery and eBay has removed the option for Buyers to opt out of insurance, all our S&H charges now include Shipping Insurance based on the estimated value of the item. (Note: UPS rates include insurance to $100 value at no additional cost).
SHIPPING ADDRESS: If you use PayPal, we will ONLY ship to the address supplied with your payment. If you need an alternate address please add it to your PayPal account BEFORE making your payment. If you update your eBay Profile to include your telephone number, we will include that for UPS and International Shipments to help the shipper quickly resolve any delivery exceptions.
DOMESTIC: Net Sells It uses both UPS and USPS. We may, at our discretion, choose a different carrier if we believe it offers better service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: (When Available from NSI)
- International PayPal transactions are ONLY shipped with USPS Express International because it provides the "electronic proof of signature delivery" acceptable to PayPal to guarantee your payment. This can result in higher shipping cost to you but does provide fast delivery with detailed tracking.
- DECLARED VALUE: Because we are insuring both the cost of the item and the cost of delivery, the declared value will be the total amount on your invoice. If your country is in the minority that does not include shipping cost in the duty calculation, you should use the enclosed invoice to seek relief from your Customs Office.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- UPS Standard to Canada will also add BROKERAGE FEES set and charged by them directly to you in addition to Customs Duty.
- APO: While an APO address may appear to the eBay calculator as domestic, the reality is that an APO is likely an INTERNATIONAL destination handled by MPSA who has a poor record of prompt delivery and nearly perfect record of refusing to respond to inquiries for missing items in a timely fashion. Because PayPal makes us responsible for something completely outside our control, if you have an APO address, we will NOT ship your item until we have your statement in email that YOU ACCEPT ALL RISK of loss or damage. We will not / can not insure your item and we will not respond to questions about your item in transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: (When Offered by eBay Global Shipping)
- eBay controls the Rates, the Methods, the Invoice. We can not change Shipping methods, terms, or cost.
- Combined Item Invoices will not be fairly calculated. See point above. We can't change that.
