Payment Options:

PayPal is accepted as payment only. This is a buy it now listing and customers are required to pay immediately for one item. If you buy multiple items please wait to pay until you receive an updated invoice with discounted shipping.

Shipping:

Your item will be shipped usually within 1 business day and no more than 3 business days. The customer will be provided a Tracking Number (Please do not contact us asking for a tracking number, every item will have a tracking number). Items shipped will be sent to address provided by eBay and PayPal so please make sure your address is up to date.

Shipping Discounts

We do offer shipping discounts. The first item will be full price shipping. Each item after that will be half price shipping. We offer two different options when dealing with discount shipping.

Once you buy wait to pay and we can send you an updated invoice with discounted shipping.
Buy the items now and we will refund the discounted shipping within 48 hours of the shipping items.

International sales

We ship most items worldwide. Because of customs in some countries we reserve the right to not ship certain items to certain countries. If you are unsure if we will ship an item to your country please ask. If an item is purchased and we cannot ship the item the sell will be cancelled and your money will be refund the same day the item is cancelled. Your item will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please allow 20 to 50 days for deliveries outside the US depending on customs and country.

Returns

Refunds will be accepted 30 days after you receive the product. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be accepted if the product is intact. Any broken items or altered items will be rejected. All items returned must use eBay return service. This will insure the return is handled properly.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We are honest sellers that want to have return customers. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems. If there is a question, problem or concern, PLEASE talk to us through the eBay message center. We only check and reply to eBay messages. This way eBay can see any and all correspondence between buyer and seller. We want our buyers to be 100% satisfied.

Questions

We happily welcome questions about items. We do our best to answer questions within in 1 business day but in some cases it can take us up to 3. If you are asking a question that requires us to pull the item to answer your question it does take us a little longer. We do our best to answer questions in a timely manner; if you ask a question over the weekend we may not be able to get to it until 2 business days (Usually Tuesday) because of overwhelming demand in our shipping department.
