A collection of 15 vintage antique style picture frames.

This is a great collection of ornate gilt frames, the styles, ages, and conditions vary. These frames vary in age from around 1920 to 1990, most are around 1960. All are in very distressed and damaged condition and are sold as major restoration projects, or they would be ideal for interior designers looking for a large number of extremely distressed frames. I have a couple of other auctions of job lots of frames.

All antique and vintage frames show signs of wear which may include: chips, small to large surface cracks, repairs, restorations, damage, touching-up, overpaint, loose and/or missing gesso and/or ornament, and general signs typical of age.
