IMPORTANT NOTE: All goods must be checked for condition in the presence of the carrier before signing to accept delivery. Please note that any glass items are sent at buyers risk, we do our utmost to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against breakages. Please check panels for damage upon receipt and refuse them if they are damaged as they will have to be returned at your own expense should you sign for them (by signing you accept that they have been received in good order).

RETURNED GOODS: All goods correctly supplied and subsequently not required, may only be returned by our agreement. Returned goods must carry our markings and be returned in the same condition as sent. Goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge and customers will be liable for all carriage charges.
