These are 1955 Pontiac Front Bumper Guards.  This matched pair of original front bumper guards was recently acquired from the estate of an elderly collector.  These good used factory front bumper guards were nicely rechromed over 20 years ago, and never were installed on a car.  Both guards are straight, with no repairs, hammer marks, or welding.  If examined closely, a few slight shelf wear scuff marks are present on each.  While possibly not suitable for a show car, guards will look great on all else.  Back sides are clean, with light surface rust.  Pontiac part numbers for these guards are 519979(RH), and 519980(LH).  As stated, optional guards for all '55 Pontiac models.  I do not have a cross bar for these guards at this time.  Guards each stand approx. 18in. tall.  Your bid buys very nice rechromed pair 1955 Pontiac Front Bumper Guards as shown.
