New England Design radiator cabinet. Available in all five popular sizes with a slatted 6mm grille panel (these are not slanted like louvres but are a flat grille panel). Photos of white/primed covers are only shown on this listing (no photos of the cabinets in plain MDF). The main photo for each relevant size shows a cabinet of the correct size and with the requisite number of panels etc but is shown only as white or primed (only unfinished MDF currently available).
Unlike many imported ready made radiator covers which utilise 12-15mm MDF and 3mm grilles, these covers are produced in our own facility here in the UK and we utilise 18mm standard Medite MDF (British produced) with 6mm MDF grilles. They also have very sturdy slot and concealed screw constructions as opposed to the more usual push fit or cam/dowel fixings found in most imported covers. These covers also have one piece front panels for strength and not jointed panels like many covers.
These ready made covers are provided flat packed for easy home assembly. All ready made covers are only available in the set sizes and finishes as listed with no variations possible. They are all manufactured from 18mm MDF.These covers come complete with the grille pre-fitted.
You may also be interested in our black-out backing mesh which can be used to produce a nice contrast behind white radiator covers where you also have a white painted radiator behind giving a uniform dark appearance as you look in to the front of the cover. Or if you have any of our darker radiator covers this can be used to stop the white radiator behind from completely dominating the effect:

Plain MDF Covers - These are supplied in plain (unfinished) MDF for you to paint as you require. Please note that MDF is not suitable for staining unless it is wood veneered as it does not have any grain. (APPROX 5 WORKING DAYS TO GRILLE UP, PACK AND DISPATCH)

Please note that the internal height is the max internal height available. If you wish to use the supplied internal and invisible fixing method then you will need to allow 15mm-20mm internal space between top of radiator and underneath of cabinet otherwise you will need to utilise an external fixing kit which can be purchased from ourselves
Skirting cut-out is pre-cut in the sides of this cover; this cut-out is maximum 125mm High x 20mm Deep. You can of course enlarge the skirting cut out size yourself if required.

These covers are manufactured by ourselves and stocked in plain MDF and are only grilled and packed to order. Plain MDF covers will normally be dispatched in 5 working days but we will email to notify of dispatch.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are likely to be away from home around the time delivery is anticipated, or at any time between ordering and anticipated delivery (as order amendments/cancellations do occasionally result in orders being re-allocated and therefore dispatched earlier than indicated), please ensure that you advise asap so we can ensure that no products are dispatched to you for the time you are away.
