PayPal is the preferred method as it results in a faster dispatch. PayPal accounts are free to set up. Payment must be received within seven days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven days and a non payment dispute will be filed with eBay to recover our ebay fees incurred. If you wish to combine multiple purchases for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment. If you pay for items at the same time, reduced postage will automatically be applied to the 2nd item (only applies to 1st class, recorded delivery or airmail). Please note we cannot accept Bank Transfers, Cheques or Postal Orders from outside the UK due to the handling fees incurred. Payment is by PayPal only for orders outside the UK. Innacurate Checkout InformationPlease note that supplying the correct address is the responsibility of the customer. For security reasons we can only dispatch orders to the address supplied upon checkout. In the event of an incomplete or wrong address being supplied, the customer is responsible for the loss. We offer a 10 day cooling off period on all purchases. Unwanted, non faulty items*, as described should be returned within 10 days of receipt with prior approval. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. The refund amount will exclude a £1 restocking fee to cover the costs incurred by us. * Non-Defective Earphones cannot be returned once opened (for hygiene reasons). Any items not suitable for resale as new will be subject to a 20% reduction in the value of the refund given (the £1 restocking fee is also applicable). When you return items to us we advise you to obtain proof of postage, which is free from any post office. Faulty Goods: If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement. After this period you will need to contact the manufacturer for advice on return. Unbranded goods carry a 3 month guarantee only, and can be returned to us for exchange. On receipt of faulty goods in their original packaging we will issue a refund of the purchase price less the postage if a replacement is not required. This excludes any items subject misuse by the Buyer. Once installed any software or retail pack containing software is non refundable.
