Shipping & Order Status:
We ship to US ONLY!
Fast FREE Shipping! That is how we set our standards to customers. We want to get
you your order ASAP!
For free shipping we usually use USPS First Class or Parcel Post which delivery varies
from 2-7 business days (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not
guaranteed.)
An email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as package is process for shipment.
Please allow 24 business hours for orders to show up in our system.
Term of Sale:
No cancellation of order(s) accepted. Once auction is closed and you are the winner you
must provide payment promptly.
No substitution order(s) accepted. Meaning if you won an auction for a particular SKU
we cannot change it to a different SKU after
Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.
Orders that are returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address are subject to
additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.
If you refused the order during delivery no refunds will be issued and additional
shipping/handling will apply to reship package.
Order Support:
Wrong Item(s) Received: If you feel you have received wrong item(s) please email us
and specify items received by any model number attached to item. Once confirmed we
will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
Missing Item(s): If you feel something is missing from your order please let us know
so we may double check our logs for confirmation. Please clearly specify which item or
sku is missing. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
Defective Item(s) or Dead On Arrival: If you feel you received defective item(s)
please email us and specify clearly which sku and a brief summary of issue. Once
confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment.
Returns:
We will be more than happy to EXCHANGE an item within 30 days after auctions ended.
Exchange orders may be subject to additional shipping/handling fees.
Only item(s) with original packaging may be returned.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers will be responsible for return shipment.
Please return item to address shown on package. The original receipt or a record of
the purchase is REQUIRED on all returns. Return products must also be in its original
condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories. It is the
sole responsibility of the customer to verify their original purchase. Returns that are a
result of customer error will be subject to an actual shipping fee deduction from the refund.
