All goods are in stock and delivered within 5
working days of cleared payment if you live in Mainland UK (other areas
take 2 days longer, Ireland 3 days longer). All items are shipped direct
to your door, as we do not offer a collection service. Smaller items
are sent by Royal mail and do not require a signature, larger items are
delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm by our couriers, a signature is required upon receipt of goods.
All our items are brand new in the box, but due
to the bikes being heavy and large you can sometimes get small rubs on
the frame which is part of the transportation process.
Further Details
Should you be
unavailable to sign for an item it will returned to couriers local depot
and a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.
The couriers cannot leave packages unsigned for.
Please note any issues relating to damage of goods during transit must be reported immediately (less than 24 hours) and signed for accordingly, for us to proceed with a claim. Any late claims can not be processed or refunded.
All cycles are shipped boxed and require assembly before use.
Refunds
All cycles and accessories are brand new unless clearly stated. Cycles
come 90% assembled unless stated otherwise. You must check all nuts and
bolts before riding the cycle as sometimes these can work loose in
transit. Fitting of pedals, handlebar stem, front wheel, & seat is
normally required. All of the above are tested before they leave us.
Gears and brakes sometimes need minor adjustment. We reserve the right
to alter specification without prior notice.
The pedals and
threads are precession made on the crank and are fully tested before
they leave the factory. You must put the pedals on the bike correctly.
If you are sitting on the bike, then put the right pedal on the right
and left pedal on the left hand side. You must put the pedals on by hand
until it is impossible to do any more, but you should be able to turn
them 3-4 turns before it gets stiff. If you do this incorrectly you will
damage the threads and we will not cover this under the warranty
All
bikes have a 1 year warranty and all warranties are return to base. If
any work has been done on the bike by yourself or a third party to try
to rectify a warranty problem then this will invalidate your warranty.
The customer is responsible for the return postage.
All bikes
must be checked and signed for on delivery BEFORE the driver leaves you
stating that the goods are NOT damaged. If it is damaged you must state
this when signing for the item by writing DAMAGED on the form. (Failure
to do this will invalidate your claim and no refunds will be given) you
have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any problems.
Any shortages on delivery should be reported within 24 hours.
All bikes must be checked and tested within 7 Days of delivery, after this
period your item will be covered by a 1 year return to base warranty.
Please do not leave negative feedback before giving us the opportunity
to resolve any problem.
Accessories are only covered by the manufactures warranty after 7 Days from Delivery.
Under the DSR cancellation agreement the
customer is responsible for the arrangement of the return and return
postage costs on any refused or unwanted item.
We try to describe
the item as accurately as possible, but due to manufacturing changes,
sometimes they change minor specifications without notice so we reserve
the right the change these specifications without notice.
Y Frame
Discounts Ltd will accept the return of any unused and unpacked item
within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the safe
return of the item in good condition in the original undamaged
packaging. Any item returned used or damaged or with damaged packaging
will be charged for. We are unable to accept any bike back which has
been unpacked and built or any items attached to it like pedals etc.
Any food item is Non-Returnable.
After 7 days postage and a 15% charge will be deducted from the sale price to cover administration and restocking the item.
If an item was sent out FOC then the actual shipping cost will be deducted on return.
We
will only refund the cost of 2nd class Postage if an item is faulty or
for the return of a incorrect item sent out within 7 days.
Any item refused and returned back to us unused
will be refunded minus actual postage cost , including FOC items.
(normally £9.99) plus £9.99 return courier charge. So a refused item
will normally cost you £19.98 for redelivery or this will be deducted
from you refund.

Terms
All cycles and accessories are brand new.
All warranties are return to base in which the customer is responsible for the cost back to base.
Any shortages or damage on delivery should be reported within 24 Hours of delivery.
All bikes are sold as slightly marked as these are bulky items and you may get small rub marks from the boxes in transit.
We try to describe the items as accurately as possible, but due to the supplier changing any specifications at short notice we reserve the right to change and update the product without notice. If this is a size change and the product will no longer fit, we will change the product to the correct size if required without charge.
All bikes need some assembly of the pedals, seat, handlebars and front wheel, as these are packed for transportation.

The bikes may need some minor adjustment to the brakes and gears but 98% of our bikes dont need any at all. You as a customer must check all nuts and bolts prior to riding your bike, as they can sometimes work loose in transit.
Any repair work carried out by a third party without authorization from Y Frame Discounts Ltd will invalidate your warranty and your bike will not be covered by the 1 year return to base warranty.
If the carton or package is damaged when it is being delivered,
YOU MUST state this when signing for the items that packaging is damaged as you will not be able to make a claim against the carrier or us.
99% of our items are delivered within 4 working days, but If after 4 failed delivery attempts are made due to you not
being in, then a charge will be made of £19.99 for redelivery or £19.99 + Credit Card fees will be deducted from your refund due to us being charged by the courier and Credit Card company. (Irleand is £30.00) Only one collection attempt will be made to pick up the item on the specified date, if you fail to be in then a second charge will be required.
Y Frame Discounts Ltd will accept the return of any unused and unpacked item within 7 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item in the original packaging and will bear the cost of ALL carriage charges involved.
The customer is responsible for the carriage both ways for any item refused and returned without contacting us prior to refusing the item.
Under the DSR's cancellation agreement the customer is responsible for the arrangement of the return and return postage cost on any refused or unwanted item.
We offer a chargeable collection service for returns of bikes, which must be paid by the customer prior to a courier being sent out to collect the bike.
This service only operates Monday to Friday and we can't give you a time for pickup. It will be between 8am and 6pm.
A 15% charge will be deducted from the sale price to cover admin and restocking charges for any unwanted or
refused items unless prior agreement with us before returning the item.
