    USA SHIPPING INFO     

• We ship all contiguous US packages via FedEx Ground. AK, HI, PR, and APO/DPO/FPO Miltary must be shipped using USPS, so please request an invoice after purchasing so we can adjust shipping charges. The shipping cost listed applies ONLY to the contiguous US.
• PO BOXES- FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide an alternate physical address at the time of purchase.
  
• Tracking information or shipment notification will be emailed to you upon shipment.
• Local Pick-up is available at no charge Monday-Friday from 10-5pm. Please make an appointment for pick-up using our pick-up scheduler.
• Multiple purchases may qualify for a combined shipping discount, please request an invoice after purchasing multiple items.

   WORLDWIDE SHIPPING INFO    

• If the shipping cost is not listed in the auction, contact us for a quote. FREIGHT shipping can be arranged by the buyer if necessary.
• INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We ship small items of less than $200 value via USPS Priority Mail.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
•  If your item is large (over 10 lbs) or worth over $200, we will only ship on your FedEx, DHL, or UPS account. Contact us if you have any questions.
• APO/DPO/FPO Military Addresses are shipped using USPS only, therefore contact us to get a shipping quote.

• We will work with you if there is a problem, please feel free to contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We do not have a "policy," we fix problems on a case by case basis.
• Items that are listed "as is" cannot be returned or refunded.
