PLEASE READ:

** Labels have either been marked or cut off to stop fraud in taking back to shop for refund. Items will be sent without boxes to save on postage.

  For hygiene reasons, I do not refund.

  **  I always get 'printed proof of postage' to protect buyers and sellers, which shows date, time, where posted, destination, weight, cost etc of when items are posted.  Once an item is posted it is out of my hands and in the hands of the Royal Mail and any problems I can send this proof onto you. If an item has been returned to me because the postman cannot deliver for any reason beyond my control (eg. you are not in), then a further charge for postage will be required before re posting.  Price of postage includes the packaging material, bubble wrap where applicable, jiffy bags, time, printing, petrol etc etc. I also recycle where ever possible, so please, only bid if you are happy with this.  

 **  I would appreciate if you could leave feedback when you receive your item as this tells me you have received it and then I can leave feedback for yourself. Should you have any queries or problems, please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback - I am only human and can sometimes make a mistake.  I am a mum, trying to downsize, to raise funds for my daughter’s college but do take very seriously that all I sell is in perfect condition or stated condition and that the buyer receives it in that same excellent condition I send it.  Please also check my feedback, It is important to me that you are happy with your item.
