    All payments must be processed within 7 days from the date of purchase or date of auction closing. Winning bidders must pay via PayPal using a confirmed billing/shipping address. We will ship to confirmed address only. We reserve the right to void your bid if you have negative or hidden feedbacks.

    We guarantee the shipping of your item within 24-48 hours (or less) of the receipt of an approved PayPal payment. For reliable delivery of your purchase we use UPS Ground. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays. You will receive your order withing 4-6 business days. International & non-continental U.S. buyers, please visit our main website for purchases thebudostore(dot)com. We no longer process International & non-continental orders through eBay.

    Please contact us via eBay Messaging system. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags along with a copy of your invoice.

    Return for exchange/refund should be made within 5 days of delivery.Return for replacement should be made within 30 days. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees except in the case of defects. Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. All return merchandises should be in good condition for resale. Washed, worn, altered or soiled merchandises are not suitable for resale. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if new merchandise is returned within 14 days; within 15-30 days, 20%; after 30 days, goods will not be accepted.

    Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping charge is buyer's responsibility.

    Refusing a delivery of an item is not an acceptable way to return it. If you decide to return an item back to us, you must first accept a delivered package and request a a return first. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways).

    If your package arrives damaged, you must notify UPS at the time of delivery so they register this in their system. All damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims submitted afterwards will be denied.

    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    A: Our eBay policy only allows us to accept payments via Paypal.

    Q: Can I request the item to be shipped to any address?
    A: We can ship the item only to the confirmed address of your PayPal payment. Please make sure to use the confirmed address when submitting the PayPal payment.

    Q: How long does it take to process my order?
    A: All orders within 1-2 business days after the receipt of the approved payment. Orders are processed during the normal business hours (Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST). We do not process orders during Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

    Q: How will I know my order was shipped?
    A: We will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number confirming the shipment. You can use the tracking number to trace your package online with the freight carrier (UPS).

    Q: I want to purchase multiple items but the shipping cost is too high
    A:For purchases of multiple products, please add all of your items into 1 purchase. During checkout, do not pay we will adjust the shipping charges and send you the invoice for payment. Products that are larger in weight and size (i.e. punching bags) or that require special delivery may be subject to increased delivery charges. If that's the case, we will notify you.

    Q: Do you charge sales tax?
    A: For those purchasing/shipping within California, there is a 8.75% sales tax. Orders outside of California no sales tax applies

    Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
    A: Once your return is processed, it will usually take 4-6 business days for your Paypal account to be credited.
