Please contact us via eBay Messaging system. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and
undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: plastic wrap, hang tags on
garments, shoeboxes, dust bags along with a copy of your invoice.
Return for exchange/refund should be made within 5 days of delivery.Return for replacement should be
made within 30 days. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees except in the case of
defects.
Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase,
provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse.
All return merchandises should be in good condition for resale. Washed, worn, altered or soiled
merchandises are not suitable for resale. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if new merchandise is
returned within 14 days; within 15-30 days, 20%; after 30 days, goods will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping charge is buyer's
responsibility.
Refusing a delivery of an item is not an acceptable way to return it. If you decide to return an
item back to us, you must first accept a delivered package and request a a return first. Refused packages
will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee + double
the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways).
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify UPS at the time of delivery so they register
this in their system. All damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims
submitted afterwards will be denied.
