Items must be paid within 3 days of sales.We only accept payment by PayPal, and we only send / ship to PayPal address.
We will dispatch the item on the same day of payment received (before 3pm), Item will be sent by RoyalMail First Class Delivery, it normally takes 1-2 working days for the parcel to arrive, Delivery to other EU country normally take 3-7 days, we will notify you by email once the item is dispatched.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the payment date as
long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please
notify us before returning the item. A copy of the invoice should also
be included with the product for the returns to take place effectively. A
refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. We cannot cover
the cost of you returning the item to us.
We
are also happy to exchange the product within 14 days of the payment
date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. A
copy of the invoice should also be included with the product for the
exchange to take place effectively. A further postage cost will be
applicable. .
