this pedal is no longer in production.  i bought it new just over a year ago, & id say it is at 95% condition at least.  it has never had velcro, & both stickers are included.  its a great sounding pedal in perfect working condition.  it is a deluxe version, & the third foot switch engages an oscillation mode.  here is more about the circuit from fuzzhugger.com:

The Great Wall generates a huge wall of fuzz with impressive bass response! An alternative
to all those muff clones, the Great Wall gets both freakier and cleaner, with a unique and
huge sound. You're not limited to high gain...in addition to lower and higher gain
footswitchable fuzz modes, the pedal has a wide-range Gain control, for lower gain and
even slightly gated tones! Very flexible and versatile!

From focused, to splattery, to thick, to huge and open, to dark, to ragged, to unique decay, to
thin and nasty, and back to huge!
Gain, Fuzz, Volt, Tone, Tone Bypass, Level, and two fuzz modes for endless tonal
possibilities.
For electric guitar and bass!

The Controls!
• Master Gain: Back things off to a thinner, nastier, almost-gated tone. Ups the brightness a bit
when rolled back.
• Gain/Fuzz: Increases both the fuzz level and the amount that the second half of the fuzz stage
is overdriven--from a fat, thick fuzz, to a open fuzz dist, to overfuzzed and more focused.
• Volt: A voltage reducer, starting at 9v and reducing for texture change, unique gain reduction,
and dying battery tones!
• Tone: Tone control with a nice wide rage, from lows to nasty highs! Bypassable by toggle
switch!
• Tone Bypass Toggle: Allows you to bypass the tone control, which really opens the pedal up
for a full-on unfiltered tone! (Also, a big output/volume increase!)
• Level: Your master volume control...with a huge amount of available volume!

Mode one + on/off (Right Footswitch): A Less overdriven fuzz compared to the standard Great
Wall fuzz. When in mode one, the Gain/Fuzz knob is bypassed.
Mode two (Both Footswitches): With both switches on, you're at full Great Wall tone! You can
preset whether you want this mode on or off (the right footswitch turns the pedal on/off...this
switch operates independently). Also, preset the amount of extra drive and fuzz this will bring in
by setting it on the Gain/Fuzz knob!
