Directions for use:

Shake pen and press tip of pen straight down.

Tip should slightly depress into the body of the pen.

Pen is ready to use when tip is wet with polish.

Paint only one coat on top of nail tips.

Let dry completely, repeat if needed.

Seal with topcoat and cap pen tightly.

Unless I can verify it is "Factory New" I always list it as USED, even if it shows no signs of use.
Purchase with complete confidence that what I have listed is described as it truly is.
If it is broken or damaged in any way the problem area will be mentioned and/or pointed out.
Mistakes do happen when listings are made so if I missed something please let me know.

Failure to complete your purchase on time will result in the purchase going to eBay collections.
