Shipping Information:
We ship only to the confirmed address as provided by PayPal. All orders will be ship via UPS and USPS insurance is included. We do not ship to APO/FPO address, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international shipping.
Return Policy:
All returns requires authorization from NewtonDiscounts. Please contact NewtonDiscounts to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the return of your unit.
Return Of Defective Items
Defective merchandise can be returned within 30 days upon purchase date. All returns require an RMA number. Please include a detailed description of the defect and how you would want us to handle this. Once item is received, this will be bench tested by a factory-trained technician together with the detailed description you provided to confirm this is defective. Replacement will be sent or refund issued according to your request.
Return Of New Unwanted Items*
You can return any* new, unopened factory-sealed merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date. You will be issued a full credit but less actual shipping charges. You must ship this item back to us on your own expense.
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packaging and supplied accessories in its original carton with all UPC & bar codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. Your RMA number must be displayed prominently on the outside your shipping box.
Return Shipping Costs
Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a RMA number. Any items that were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed actual shipping costs. Please Note: Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to NewtonDiscounts as refused or undeliverable (excluding freight carrier damaged goods) due to the actual shipping costs incurred by NewtonDiscounts. You will not be refunded to & from actual shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 7-9 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
