This is a 1961 Melodia Theremin. It is working. Looks to me like its in very good condition. Only change I made was to get battery power with modern batteries, as its original condition required a battery you can't really find anymore so I modified with a substitute wiring to voltage required. More pics available of the inside if you really want to see them. Definitely considered a collectors item. I even have original box it was mailed in. The antennae in the picture, of course, would normally be inserted vertically I just have it on the side to get larger picture.
