CHOD BORE BAIT RINGS
Used by top anglers as a quick and secure method or hair rigging baits.
A SUPERIOR and super fast alternative to using bait floss or boilie spikes, primarily in conjunction with CHODS & ZIGS- takes literally seconds to secure a bait.
Perfect when you're into runs and have no time for messing around with hair stops and baiting needles.
PLEASE NOTE
All bait rings add extra weight to the rig and need balancing carefully to maintain bait buoyancy in a pop up situation!
Even The 'Branded' versions will sink if balanced incorrectly - e.g - 12mm ring, 10mm glugged pop up, size 4 hook will sink.
A recommended chod rig would be - 12mm ring, 15mm pop up, size 8 or 10 chod hook.

VARIATIONS
12mm
LOW VIZ (NEW!!!)
These Rings blend in well with most lake beds and have a 5mm eye (1mm larger than the other rings available),
allowing a bit more movement over the choddys D loop, whilst still hiding neatly under your bait.
The thread is deeper than the budget silver 12mm's making an even more secure hold of larger 20mm boiles etc.
Perfect for 20mm and most 15mm pop up boilies. Less buoyant floating baits such as Small cuts of Zig foam and 10mm popups etc are not recommended.
SILVER
The 12mm ring is silver in colour and suitable for 15mm and 20mm baits whether it be boilies, double maize, trout pellets or tiger nuts etc.
As they are silver in colour the price is cheaper than others on offer, thus giving you a budget ring...
which will sit under your popped up bait and not be seen by a carp.

10mm
GREY / GOLD
The 10mm rings are again suitable for all types of baits. They are great for 15mm boilies, tigers, artificials, anything really!
The Grey add extra subtleness and camo to your rig and the Gold blend in well with bright coloured baits especially in conjunction with a standard hair rig.
Either ring can be used with ZIG rigs, working perfectly with foam and arftificial baits as the thread locks right in there and are both very lightweight.

8mm
BRONZE / COPPER
I use and recommend these smaller rings for various baits --
10mm baits, High Buoyancy ZIG baits (small bits of foam may sink- always check in the margins), small particles & pellets etc.
The size benefits as they increase bait buoyancy and decrease the chance of screwing completely through the baits.
I wouldn't recommend these to be used with Large baits (apart from plastics) due to the short thread, although dropping into the margins would not be a problem.

ALL SIZES ARE IDEAL FOR CHODDY'S AND HINGE RIGS BUT CAN EASILY BE APPLIED TO OTHER RIGS.
WHEN CREATING A KNOTLESS KNOT RIG JUST TIE ONE OF THESE ON INSTEAD OF CREATING A HAIR LOOP ;)
THERE IS NO QUICKER WAY OF HAIR RIGGING A BAIT THAN THESE BORE SCREW RINGS.
TIP - HOLD THE RING AND THREAD THE BAIT ON, DO NOT PUSH IT OR YOU DEFEAT THE OBJECT!

Buy as many items as you wish and pay one flat rate 1st class postage cost of 60 pence.
International postage is initially higher but a flat rate still applies.
