Payment
Please pay as soon as possible after clicking "buy now" or winning the auction. Our preferred payment method is Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can call Karacha to pay by credit or debit card on 0845 200 83 43 lines open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 1pm – 5pm Saturday.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging is charged at the rate shown at the bottom of the ebay page. Postage and packaging charges vary from item to item so please check the rate before buying.
As standard within the UK all small items are sent via 1st class post and all instruments are sent on 2-3 day courier. In the case of larger items and instruments the Channel Islands, BFPO and the high lands and Islands of Scotland do not fall within standard UK delivery; please contact Karacha for a quote before purchase.
Delivery to Ireland is typically very good value only slightly more than standard UK delivery.
International orders are sent via royal mail airmail or international courier, delivery times and costs vary due to location, for more information please contact us.
Returns
You can return any new stock item to Karacha within 7 days for a refund. Your refund will be exclusive of the initial postage charge. For the refund to be accepted the item must be as new, unopened and unused. If opened the item may only be returned if it is defective, it must be returned within 7 days. All eBay returns are sent back to Karacha at the buyers cost.
In the case of auctioned items, Karacha is generally selling through discontinued items, old items, damaged items etc we will always clearly label why the item is being auctioned and the buyer always makes big savings. These items are sold under the conditions of a standard UK auction i.e. "sold as is", there is no right of return. An auctioned item may only be returned if it is not labelled as faulty but on receipt it is found to be faulty, in this case the faulty item must be returned within 7 days.
Warranty
Standard manufacturer’s return to base warranty applies to all instruments purchased at full price via a buy it now listing. Auctioned items represent huge savings and therefore do not come with a warranty. If you find a defect in an auctioned item it may be returned within 7 days, outside of 7 days auctioned items have no right of return or refund for any reason. If you would like to purchase a warranty for an auctioned item please contact us for details before bidding.
