This unique prop item is from the television show Eureka.

 

This is Deputy Andy's (Kavan Smith) screen used license plate set from multiple seasons & episodes.  This set includes a front plate and a back plate and one is labeled 'Deputy Andy'.  These plates appear to be plastic and are painted black with yellow raised numeric and alpha details. Both are in good condition but show signs of wear from production.  One plate does show minor signs of damage as displayed in image below.
