Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-36 hours. Any orders made on a weekend or a holiday will not be processed till the next business day.

If there are any issues with your order in regards to the status of the item, payment, and/or shipping information, we will contact you via the messaging system, email, or phone (if applicable).

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number via eBay. Please allow 24-48 hours before updates appear on your tracking number.

Packages that are returned to us because of incorrect addresses (provided by the customer), customers will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Worn, damaged, or improperly packaged items will not be eligible for exchanges or returns. Items must be properly sealed and returned within 60 days of the purchase date.

The original shipping cost will be deducted from ALL items that are returned.

Our standard cost for delivery ($9.00) will be deducted on items that were shipped with free shipping.

Any additional shipping costs (return shipping and/or exchange shipping) will be the customer's responsibility.
