To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.

If the item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal prior to placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address. In the event that your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team who will refund the order to allow you to update the address details in PayPal and resubmit your order.

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD Depending on the size of the parcel Most items will be sent out the next day but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Parcel deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note; DPD Deliveries are Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order at anytime up to (within) 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered (following receipt of your goods). You must inform our Customer Services of your wish to cancel or return any goods purchased within 7 (seven) working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them or remove any hygiene seals. You should return products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible and as soon as possible. If you have purchased an incorrect item or no longer needed we will deduct 2.99 GBP to cover the cost of sending the item also the return postage cost is your responsibility If any items found to be faulty we will cover the return postage cost should be found the item to be faulty by one of our engineers
