1. Shipping
Items are shipped from our UK warehouse. Orders entered and paid before 11:30am are usually dispatched the same day. Otherwise they will be dispatched the next day.
. UK deliveries: UK orders are delivered using either RoyalMail First Class (for small size / low price parcels) or Parcelforce for larger parcels. Typical delivery time is 1-2 working days.
. International deliveries: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Items are sent insured with Airsure, Parcelforce or UPS depending on destination and weight of the parcel.
Typical delivery time is 4-5 working days for European countries and up to 2 weeks for ROW.
1.1. Taxation and Customs
Products are subject to 20% VAT according to UK law.
For shipments within the EU, no additional taxes or customs will be charged to the customer.
For shipments to any other countries (ROW), parcels may be subject to Customs procedures, Duties and/or any other taxes determined by laws of the destination country.
Any Customs payments, taxes or duties due on arrival at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally all customs clearance and customs procedures at the destination country must handled by the buyer.
2. Returns
In accordance to the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 business days to return your product in its original condition and packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
After these 14 days the product will move into Warranty support period, during which we will provide limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. The default Warranty is valid for one (1) year unless otherwise stated and limits and exclusions apply depending on the product. The Warranty will immediately be voided in case of misuse or neglect.
3. Payment
We can accept payments by Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards.
You will receive an email with the details of your purchase and shipping once your order is dispatched.
3.1 Payment Validation
For high value items and if there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of the order or the identity of the buyer - for Security reasons - RoboSavvy reserves the right to request identity confirmation from the Customer before shipping. The customer has the right to refuse providing this information and, in this case, the order can be Cancelled upon mutual agreement.
