 Payment is expected 7 days after the close of the transaction, we may elect to cancel the transaction and re-list this item if payment is not made within that time frame. Comics are different and can be held for a period of 14 days in order to get the best combined shipping discount.  We ship via UPS or USPS, which will vary depending on the product. We understand how important it is to use the safest, fastest and cheapest method. All items are sent within a few days (not including weekends) of receiving payment. We won't send UPS items to a PO Box. We will combine shipping for multiple winning items to save you money.  In most cases, all sales are returnable within 14 days. In the event of a damaged item, we will have you send back the item for a refund if insurance isn't included. The damaged item must be reported and shipped to us within 14 days. If the item has insurance included in the price, then the buyer will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping. The buyer must first sign paperwork to verify/confirm damaged goods.
