Shipping varies depending on the item that's being sold. Please check in the eBay shipping details above.Shipping can be a victim of forces beyond our direct control. So if problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.

Shipping Terms

Most high priced items have transit insurance included for your peace of mind. We deliver using Australia Post’s eParcel service, Toll Express Couriers and where appropriate other courier companies. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, much less to most areas. Item will not ship until payment had been received in full. No Weekends or after hours delivery available. If problems do arise, please contact us first, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please consult our Returns Policy as below:

Please ensure that you contact Customer Services and request a Returns Authorisation before you send the order back to us. Returns which are not prearranged cannot be accepted. If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 14 days of delivery. After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 4 business days. Returns must be in re-sellable condition. Any returns are shipped at the customer's risk. eTailme does not take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit. Accepted returns will be refunded by the method by which you paid.

Certain listings cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened or damaged. Please see individual listings where this applies.
