Any Design Possible You can put as much or as little as you like on the mug. It doesn't have to be the same picture on either side of the mug - we are happy to print 2/3/4/5/6+ Photos and a bit of writing, it is any combination you want. We will lay it out to the best effect we can and check with you that it's what you want before printing. No Image limits, no character limits, your mug, your way. The process is fairly simple, there is no design software to navigate as we do the work for you. Please follow these simple steps in order to create your very own mug: 1- Purchase & pay for your order - at present we are unable to create concepts for mugs without a purchase having been made. You may cancel the order at any time prior to giving us approval to print. 2- Send your design request to: Sales@that-something-special.com please quote your ebay name. Alternatively you can send this using the ebay message system. Please be aware ebay messages does compress images. 3- We will reply with a design concept for your approval - Unlike other mug sellers, the approval process ensures you receive the mug you want. You can 'opt out' of the approval stage to speed up printing, please state this in your first message. By 'opting out' you are giving us approval to print for the purposes of our terms and conditions. 4- Approve or let us know any changes you want to make. Once approved the mug will be printed within 5 minutes! and posted asap. If we do not receive a response to the concept sent after 48 hours from the time of sending, a message to declare we will print and post the item the next available day will be sent unless we hear otherwise, this is in order to ensure you item is sent quickly. 5- Wait for the mug to arrive. Single mugs are sent in a polystyrene mug mailer for safety All Mugs purchased on the BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE offer must be sent to the same address. For an additional £2.00 extra per mug you can upgrade this to 1st class recorded which changes the delivery to an estimated 1-2 working days.
