Material: Faille which is a polyester/acetate combination. Fabric has a stiffness to it to hold its beautiful shape

hips: N/A - full skirt will fit any size

Waist to hem: 42 cm

Brand new in perfect condition. I bought this skirt in blue and purple but never ended up wearing the purple. I did remove the tags though as I thought I would wear it.
