All the orders and enquiries are made in weekdays (Monday-Friday) 

will be processed from 9:30am to 6:00pm. 

The ones made in the weekend will be processed as soon as possible within 48 hours.

If you have any problem of our products, please don't hesitate to  contact us 

before leaving negative feedback or open case.

We are here to help and continue to provide quality items and service 

to all the customers. The item will not be considered for replacement or refund 

if you leave negative feedback without contact us first. 

PAYMENT

1. We only accept payment by paypal. 

2. Please make payment within 7 days. 

3. If you want to cancel the order or want to pay later, please keep us informed

 as early as possible, then we can follow the case specially. 

4. Buyers who don't pay will result in a non-paying buyer alert from Ebay.

SHIPPING

1. On receipt of cleared payment, all items will be dispatched   within 48 hours. 

2. Orders/payment received before 1pm are normally posted on the  same day. 

3. Your Item should arrive within 1-2 working days within the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class/ 1st Class Recorded 

     for international orders, it usually takes three more days to reach Western Europe,

     five days to Eastern Europe and seven days to the rest of the world via Airmail.

4. During busy posting periods (Christmas, bank holiday etc) delivery times may take longer 

    because of the increased demand on the postal services, so please allow for this. 

5. To International buyers: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included 

in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine 

     what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE PAYMENTS HAVE CLEARED

Dear Buyers,

1- All Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of item.

2- All exchanges incurr an additional postage cost to resend your item. (applies to NON damaged items only)

3- Postage to send NON damaged items for exchange or refund will be at Buyers expense.

4- All items must be returned with TAGS intact.

5- Buyers MUST include their eBay User ID in the return packet so we can locate you on the system Quicker.

6- Buyer is responsible for safe return of item.

7- Refunds for all NON Damaged items exclude the cost of Postage.
