We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your eBay account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change your delivery address once you have paid for your order. We are also unable to change your item (ie, different colour/size). To change your item once you have paid for your order you will have to wait to receive the item then return it for an exchange.

We despatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving the order. If you pay for Next Day delivery on a Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday.

We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. On the bottom of the invoice will be a returns slip for you to complete the relevant information so we know what action to take.

We will issue a refund once it has been returned and checked. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued. We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items for replacement, we despatch the replacement goods to you free of charge.

Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are faulty, or if the wrong item has been shipped. Returns can only be accepted via post or courier, as we do not offer a collection service. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in transit during its return journey. Therefore, we recommend you use a tracked delivery service.

We only accept PayPal as it is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay! Immediate payment is required on all Buy It Now listings. If you wish to buy multiple items you will need to use the Add To Basket feature. Once you have all your items in your basket then you can continue to checkout. All Auction items must be paid for within SEVEN days. Stock availability cannot be guaranteed after this point and your item may be re-listed.
