Fee Schedule and payment requirements:

FINAL PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE VIA Bank to Bank WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH WITHIN (10) ten

days are allowed for delivery or pick-up of purchased vessel. After 14 days
without successful delivery or pick-up of vessel, regular storage rates of $10.00
