Payment
ON ALL EBAY PURCHASES PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL.You may collect goods in store, where payments must also be made. Please make sure to bring the item number as well as a copy of the advert with you in store.

Shipping
Items Ordered before 3pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day in most cases. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following day.We will ship to the address registered with the card/paypal.
Goods may take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
Please allow 10 working days before claiming an item has not arrived, unless you have specified that you want special delivery.

Prices on the web is exclusive for web orders only, recommended showroom prices will differ.

All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the manufacturer?s discretion. We will supply the product(s) as supplied to us by the manufacturer.
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources.

Availability of GoodsAll products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.
We will not be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website include delivery charges for UK Mainland addresses.*
Delivery TimesStock items will normally be shipped the next working day (if ordered before 3 pm) from clearance of payment and security checks.
We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated.
Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this.
You should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Goods will not be left without a signature.
From the time you receive the goods:
* Take note of the number of packages you are signing for.
* Any shortages must be noted on the delivery note you are signing at the time of delivery.
Non delivery of goodsIt is your responsibility to make sure that someone is there to receive the goods.
City Link will attempt several deliveries. If unsuccessful, goods will be returned to us.
If we have to send the goods again, you will incur re-delivery charges.
No goods will be sent again, until you have made full payment of the re-delivery charge.
Limitation for Notification of ClaimsIt will be your responsibility to inform us of any damages within 24 hours from delivery.
Any shortages must be noted on delivery note you are signing for and it is your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours from delivery.
If we have supplied you the wrong goods, we have to be notified within 24 hours from delivery.
WarrantyAll products supplied carries a 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty.
Warranty shall only be accepted for with proof of purchased (receipts). We cannot accept credit card receipts or statements as proof of purchase.
Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within 12 months of your date of purchase please return the goods to us for repair by an authorized repair center appointed by the manufacturer.
Guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.
Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you may return your goods for an exchange providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. (We are not liable for the cost of carriage)
Returns
ALL UNWANTED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN A 14 DAY PERIOD.
Items MUST be unopened, unused and sealed in original packaging as received. Goods will not be accepted or refunded if these conditions are not met.
RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT HAVE THEIR POSTAGE PAID BY US,It will be YOUR responsibility to make sure the return carriage is paid by you.
However we will pay for the replacement item to be sent back to you. Faulty or Incorrect items will be refunded or replaced by us.
