  • Returns & Warranty

    Please note that there is a 20% Restocking Fee on ALL returns. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs. Get-It-Cheap will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping process, therefore we strongly encourage customers to carefully pack and insure the merchandise when shipping their returns. ALL returns must be in its original packaging and must include all original content - installation guides, manuals, warranty packets, wires, cables, and any other accessories.

    Warranty Coverage:

    We offer one (1) year full warranty on all NEW items we sell, unless specified otherwise in listing details.
    We strongly recommend for all electronics to be installed by a certified professional. Warranty is void for all items not installed by a certified expert.
    Physical damage is not covered under the warranty. For example: Burned voice-coil in speakers or subwoofers is physical damage and is not covered by the warranty.
    When sending a defective item in for an exchange, please include a copy of your certified professional installation receipts installer note stating what the problem is. Please also include your eBay purchase receipt.

    30 Day Refund Guarantee:

    We only offer refunds for unused, unopened items. You may return your unopened/unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days after the purchase date.

    Exchanges

    You may only return unused, unopened merchandise for an exchange. You must include a copy of your certified professional installation receipt and installer note stating what is wrong with the unit.

    You may only exchange your returned merchandise for an item of equal or higher value. In the case of exchanging your returned merchandise for an item of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. You are also responsble for the return shipping costs when returning the merchandise to us, as well as the cost of shipping the exchange item out to you.
