You are bidding for one week self-catering holiday in  Thurston House Flat 1, Coniston. Starting from Saturday 19th July

You may stay for less than the week but the price remains the same.

Thurston House is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. It is a large Victorian house that has been converted into seven self-contained  apartments. 

Flat1 is on the first floor and consists of  four rooms off its own private hallway.

Lounge with two 3-seater sofas , double bed, LCD Freeview TV and DVD player.

Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed

Dining kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, pans, crockery, etc

A shower /toilet room.

We provide duvets and pillows but not sheets, pillowcases and towels. These are available at extra cost if you wish..

Electricity is by a £1 coin in the slot meter (tend to average between £1 to £2 per day)

There is private parking, one space for each flat, in a carpark at the rear of the house..

The centre of the village is a few minutes walk away and the lake shore about half a mile.

Coniston has five pubs and several cafes, there is also a Coop Store, a Spar and a General Store in the village.
