Delivery

We will dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment! Order before 12pm and we will ship same-day!

Don't risk damage in transit! We pack all breakable orders in thick cardboard boxes with ample packaging to minimise any risk of damage.

Even though we take super-extra care, if on the odd occasion your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

We will always provide you with a tracking number. Please check your email for this (it sometimes may land in your junk folder).

All orders are dispatched via the Fastway Couriers or a suitable carrier to your required destination. Delivery times will vary dependant on your location, we suggest the express post option for urgent deliveries. All shipments are sent from Gold Coast. If it is okay to leave your parcel at the premises, please advise us so we can notify the couriers.
