Dichtungs-Kits sind das Herz eines jeden Service. Unsere Service-Kits sind keine Replikate des Originals - wir hängen die Latte höher! Ein Beispiel hierfür ist die konsequente Verwendung von Quadringen als dynamische Dichtungen. Schmatzen oder fehlende Lockout-Funktion gehören zu den häufigsten Service-Gründen bei Dämpfern - Stickstoff ist über die Trennkolbendichtung in die Ölkammer gelangt. Vergleicht man einen original häufig verwendeten O-Ring mit dem von uns eingesetzten Quadring, wundert man sich nicht.


Garantie?

Wir verbauen bei diesem Service eigens entwickelte Tuning-Dichtungen und Trennkolben mit Quadring um die Performens, Dichtigkeit und Haltbarkeit zu verbessern. Wir geben auf alle Dichtungen und Montagen 6 Monate Garantie auf Funktion und Dichtigkeit. 

Abwicklung?

• Dämpfer einpacken und mit Anschreiben zu uns senden (wichtig! Telefonnummer und Mailadresse mit drauf)
• Bei Ankunft senden wir per Mail eine Eingangbestätigung und akueller Bearbeitungszeit
• Wir führen die Wartung und eine Funktionskontrolle durch
• Zahlung ist mit Paypal oder Banküberweisung möglich
• nach Zahlungseingang schicken wir den Dämpfer mit DHL wieder zurück

The service is performed in the following steps:

- Tested at acceptance and disassembled
- Cleaned with environmentally friendly Bio-Circle Cleaner
- Gets new seals and the latest generation of damping oil
- And then built and tested together


Which products are used for the service?

Seal kits are the heart of every service. Our service kits are no replicas of the original - we set the bar higher! An example of this is the consistent use of quad rings as dynamic seals. Smacking or missing lockout feature among the most common reasons for service-dampers - nitrogen passes through the separating piston seal into the oil chamber. Comparing an original frequently used O-ring with the Quad Ring used by us, not you wonder.


Guarantee?

We build to improve with Quad ring around the performens, impermeability and durability in this service specially developed tuning seals and separator piston.
We give to all seals and montages 6 months warranty on function and tightness.

Handling?

• The shock pack and send with a cover letter to us. (important! Telephone number and email address on it)
• Upon arrival, we will send by e-mail an acknowledgment of receipt and current processing time
• We carry out maintenance and a functional check
• Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer
• after receipt of payment we will send the damper with DHL back
