We use a range of couriers to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible for our customers. Please note, all items shipped will require signature upon delivery. We will always attempt to ship products that are in stock on the same day of receiving your order (before 12.30pm). We will always attempt to use a next-working day delivery service as a standard to all our products (subject to availability).

Please note once the item leaves our warehouse, the delivery service is in the hands of independent couriers, they may not always have a 100% success rate. Issues may arise with private apartment buildings, private roads and incorrect address information.

Shipping for items to Rep. Ireland, N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands will automatically cost a further �15 inc VAT over the amounts indicated above. Items will not be dispatched without payment. If a payment is not made within 48 hours of the initial order, we will cancel the order.

You can make instant and secure on-line payments with most credit cards, at no extra cost, through PayPal. For non paypal account holders, we can arrange a secure online invoice, which can be paid online via our paypal express check out. Alternatively you can call us and we may be able to process the payment over the phone.

There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

We only ship to the address on the Paypal order. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.
