Returns

We only accept returns within 7 days and are still brand new in original packaging.

Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.

You may return the items through your own specified courier or we can get these collected using our own courier at the charges that are listed in the Returns policy at the BOTTOM of each individual listings.

Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them.

We regret that we can not be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.

If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paper work to damaged before signing, this enables the replacement procedure to be more efficient.

We have bought this king-size firm mattress. It is good quality and we have had no discomfort nor needed any time to get used to it. I have spinal problems and I have been able to sleep with comfort. We have had the mattress for two weeks. The mattress is well made and generous in depth. Was a bit worried it was too hard after the first couple of nights, but its now bedded in, we`ve got a topper on it, and we are very pleased and sleeping soundly. Customer service and delivery was outstanding; so nice to get a voice on the end of the phone, call back almost immediately, and an email to make sure I got the message, and a delivery driver who called to say they were 20 minutes away. Its rare these days and sets Mattressman apart!

Where Do We Deliver To?

We deliver FREE to the UK Mainland, Scottish Grampian & Highlands.

How Much Will My Delivery Cost?

We offer a FREE NEXT working day (8.00am – 6.00pm) delivery service to the UK Mainland on all orders over £45 received with cleared payment before 4pm. Orders under £45 incur a £4.50 delivery charge.

Do We Deliver at Weekends?

We do also offer a Saturday delivery (8.00am – 6.00pm) at an additional charge of £30.00. Please call on 01603 256861 to arrange with our team, orders need to be placed before 4.00pm on Friday previous to delivery day.

What Will My Delivery Involve?

If you live within our Local Delivery area (East Anglia/London/East Midlands). We deliver most goods to these areas using our own vehicles and our dedicated dispatch team. A driver and drivers mate will take the items to the room of choice, but please ensure that any breakables are stored away.

All of our National orders are delivered by ONE MAN to the first accessible ground floor door of the premises. The driver will not take items up steps to get to this door and are not insured to take any items into your property.

Are You Able to Call 10 Minutes Before Delivery?

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer this service.

What Should I Do When My Order Arrives?

It is very Important that you check the items upon delivery before signing. If the box shows signs of damage please refuse items on purchasing this item you agree to these conditions.

Can I Come and Pick My Order Up?

If you are located in our local area you are most welcome to collect from our warehouse in Norwich, Norfolk however please call us first to arrange on 01603 256861.
Warehouse opening times are Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm.
