You are looking at a used Xerox Xl370b 17 inch 4:3 flat screen monitor with stereo speakers built in. Normally old flat screens are not that special but these are. Using a Commodore 390682-01 RGB to VGA adapter this screen will sync and display Amiga Native modes. I have tried a lot of monitors over the years but I found these that I used at my shop for bench work and dont ask me why but for some reason I had a notion to hook my Amiga 2000 up to one with the simple VGA adapter and to my surprise these Xerox flat screen are Multisync Monitor that are capable of syncing 15khz. Or they have a scan doubler built into them or something. Im not 100 percent sure. I just know you can use them with out a Flicker Fixer. Down side is they do have some flicker to them in higher resolutions just the like the old Amiga Monitors have. They are not perfect by all means they wont fill the screen perfect side to side. Unfortunately not even Flicker Fixers will fill the screen edge to edge in Amiga Native mode either. But it is interesting that there does exist a flat screen that will display Amiga Native modes with out expensive Flicker Fixers. I Just upgraded my monitors and no longer need these I have a few of them. They have quite a few hours on them and is sold as is. It has been plugged in and tested on my Amiga 1200 with my 390682-01 adapter. And to be clear my 390682-01 adapter is not included in this auction its just for the screen, Nor is my Amiga 1200. Ran though the native Amiga Resolutions to verify working order. Email me with Questions Thanks for Looking.
