PLEASE PAY WITHIN THREE DAYS OF AUCTION END. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. NON PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY. ALL ITEMS WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PAYMENT. I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN POSTED. I ALWAYS OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING AND I WILL ASSIST WITH ANY "LOST ITEM" CLAIMS BY FORWARDING PROOF OF POSTAGE TO THE BUYER FOR ­YOU TO CLAIM FROM THE ROYAL MAIL.

All my items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home.  All used clothing will be freshly laundered before posting.  Please note that my posting days are Wednesday and Saturday.

UK Buyers - I accept Sterling Cheques, Postal Orders and PayPal.  I always pay in cheques as soon as I receive them but I wait for your cheque to clear before posting the item to you and this can take up to 5 days. There might be extra postage charges to the Highlands and Islands so please email me for a quote before bidding.
Non-UK Buyers - I accept PayPal only and do not charge you for this.  You must contact me for postage rates before bidding as the P&P quoted is for UK bidders only.  I always obtain proof of posting but if an item fails to arrive then I will send you the Certificate of Posting and you will be responsible for pursuing the delivery with Royal Mail.
 
Please make your payment within 3 days of the Auction end.  If your payment is not received within 5 days, then I will re-list the item and file a Non Paying Bidder alert with Ebay.  Wherever possible I try to recycle packaging.
