We found a real gem in our collection of recordings here in our archives of Rock-it Radio.  This is a partially scoped aircheck.  In laymen's terms some of the songs have been edited or reduced to fit in more of John on this show.  Some of the songs though have been left in tact, those that haven't will read (scoped).  This is  a very special broadcast of Guest DJ John Lennon on WNEW in New York city in September 1974.  Along with regular WNEW Jock Dennis Elsys (sp?) who interviews John Lennon about the Beatles and what he was doing at the time.  And also features John Lennon introducing many of these songs from 1974 along with some of his own Beatles songs as well.  If you are a fancier of Rock and Roll History or a John Lennon or Beatle fan you really should consider purchasing this broadcast that has been remastered onto CD.  Here is a playlist of what you will hear on this show.
