We normally aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days. We send all items via next day delivery using an insured couier service. We ship within the UK mainlands. For international shipping please contact us.
If you need to return an item, you should contact us first to notify us of your issue or query. We will then respond with a solution or confirm that the item may be returned for inspection. A Returns number will be emailed to you · Items must not be returned without authorisation. They will be refused · Any item being returned must be sent recorded delivery or by some other traceable means · Any item being returned must be packed well, using anti-static packing where applicable. We will not accept items for return which are showing any damage in transit, or where packing is deemed inadequate · Any item returned and found subsequently not to be faulty (NO FAULT FOUND), will be retained and returned to the winning bidder upon payment of a return postage charge · If a customer confirms that they accept the item is not faulty but still wishes to have a refund, this will be at our discretion and will be refunded minus a 25% re-stocking fee. The amount refunded if the return is a NO FAULT FOUND, will not include any part of the original carriage/postal charges. Please bear this in mind. You are responsible for ensuring you order the right item and that it is compatible.
