Shipping will be to ebay/paypal listed buyer address unless requested otherwise WITH your payment-(not a separate email- to reduce fraud). It is buyers’ responsibility to be sure it is up to date prior to bidding. Incorrect address, multiple addresses, failure to sign for package, causing reshipping/rerouting will be at the buyers’ expense.
MULTIPLE QUANTITY SHIPPING PRICE CALCULATOR sometimes the shipping calc goes crazy on listings when you type in multiple quantities, due to unknown packaging factors. Contact us with zip if you want a qty and the shipping seems high.
TRACKING NUMBERS -NOT AVAILABLE UNLESS PACKAGE IS LATE- We are not setup to email tracking numbers automatically, but will do so only if the package is late (over 6 business days after shipped)
INTERNATIONAL – Most of our auctions are US only, unless International shipping is show in calculator. If the item is over $100 we will sometimes allow international shipping via UPS if you get an estimate first. We presently do not use US postal for international unless it is listed as an option in the calculator, or item/offer is over $300 we may make exceptions. Any duties, tariffs, taxes are sole responsibility of the buyer.
LOCAL PICKUP: Owego NY, (Near Binghamton) Rt 17 approx 3 hrs from NYC, Rochester, Albany, Buffalo, Philadelphia. Approx 2 hrs from Syracuse, 4hrs Lancaster Pittsburgh, Harrisburg
Some sellers charge a pickup fee, Our fair policy is this: (unless stated otherwise in ad): Pickup is only available Mon thru Fri 9-5 (NO weekends/ we do not stay late or come in early). You must let us know ahead of time when you can come and then receive acknowledgement that we have item ready for pickup. Prepay (PAYPAL) or bring cash on pickup (CASH ONLY/No checks for pickup!) Unless other arrangements are made, pickup is due within 2 weeks of end of auction. $10 per week storage thereafter.
NO PICKUP FEE IF YOU WALK IN, PAY, WALK OUT WITH ITEM.

PAYMENT:
Forms accepted listed in ad. Payment due within 10 days of auction end and may be relisted thereafter. Do not bid if you are not planning on paying the amount of the auction and shipping within 10 days. We report all non-paying bidders, and leave negative feedback, which will affect your future ability to use eBay. Please, if possible, do not use multiple email addresses for correspondence/payment, as it can cause confusion.
FEEDBACK: We usually leave positive feedback for all positive transactions for which we receive feedback and prompt payment, however due our volume, we often wait weeks and do a lot at one time and not right away as some expect. Buyers who harass us for feedback, use "question to seller" or other contact forums to "nag" us for feedback will recieve neutral or negative feedback.
