All splash backs are 6mm thick and toughened.
Delivery
Deliveries will usual take about 5-7 days as the glass is manufactured to order.
All glass splash backs are sent 1st class via a courier. This item is available for collection from Slough and postal and charges will not apply, however a packing cost of £3.99 will still apply.
All customer are asked to make sure they are able to check and sign for upon delivery and no items will be delivered without a confirmed delivery date, address and a working contact number.

Installations and Aftercare Essentials
We can recommended a professional cleaner which can be purchased through our e-bay shop along with Adhesives @ £8.00 and Silicone @ £6.00 or if both items are purchased at the same time we will offer this to you at a special price of £13.00.
When measuring up for your glass splashback you should always allow a 2-3mm gap where the glass is fitted next to a worktops or cupboards.
Damages and Returns
Please check your item upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged this must be recorded on the delivery note. If your item does arrive damaged please notify us at sales@domostone.com within 24 hours with a description and photos of the damage.
If you require a refund and your order has not been processed we will refund the full amount including delivery.
If your item has been processed for delivery or you have received your order delivery will not be refunded. Returning items and the cost is your responsibility and should be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items refunded will be at a restocking fee and minus the delivery charge.
Bespoke size and colour orders will not returnable unless they are damaged.
