This unique adjustable chaise lounge set was designed by us from our drawings, like most of our furniture. It features a generously oversized frame, with sides big enough to set drinks on while you lounge. The lounge itself is about the biggest you'll find at 88" X  32"  and features a removeable canopy for those days when you feel like relaxing with a bit of shade. The fabric is Spuncrylic which will stay beautiful for two years, unlike the fabric used by many other sellers. Also available in a double chaise lounge with built in middle table.

• We do not offer pick ups, but local delivery is $179 anywhere in Las Vegas. We do occaisionally offer pick up lines, but they haven't all been tested for workability.
• Items usually ship within 24 hours unless otherwise stated as a Presale. (Or, the warehouse guys are having an important poker tournament)
• All purchases reflect insured shipping. We have you covered in case the aliens seize your furniture! 
• The carrier will call your daytime phone number to arrange a convenient delivery time.  If he keeps calling after delivery, it may be considered harrassment and you may need to contact the police.
• You must be present to sign per Paypal rules...You movie star you, everyone wants your autograph!
• Delivery Fees represent curbside delivery.  Other delivery services can be arranged for an added fee.  In fact, if the price is right, Guido will also mow your lawn for you and trim the hedges.
• Please examine your purchase immediately for damage as all damages must be reported to the freight company at the point of delivery and also to us within 5 business days.In the case of damage, we will offer you a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, a refund.  Refunds are given upon receipt of freight claim repayment.  Sorry, there's just nothing funny about having apes pounce on your furniture before delivery.

• Items may be returned at the buyer's cost and will be credited the purchase price but not the original shipping.
• We hope that you will contact us via email or phone with any problems with your order so that we can remedy the situation, and make you happy, as our greatest goal ( After making you happy)  is to have you tell all of your friends and family how much you love us so they will come check us out too!
• Replacement terms:
  We want you to be able to enjoy your furniture for at least 2 years. In the unlikely even of significant problems with your furniture many months or years down the road within the 2 year period, your full unused guarantee time is transferred into store credit applied towards the purchase of a brand new set or replacement piece and a new guarantee time will start. For example, if you have your furniture for 18 months, you would be entitled to 6 months worth of equitable credit towards the purchase of a new set.
  Damages by misuse of our furniture is not guaranteed in any way.
  Please keep the your new furniture away from close range fire and chemicals. Please do not allow users to stand on arms, nor drop heavy objects on the glass.  Our furniture is covered as described above only for residential use.

They say imitation is the best form of flattery. With very few exceptions...You are buying from the designer, any others you see that are identical, are likely copies of ours, but very unlikely to be copies of our quality!   Sometimes looks can be deceiving, our feedback it at 100% for a reason!

• We do not cut the cost of production by making an inferior product like many sellers.  When you buy from us, we are not using generic materials..We have had 5+ years of experience finding  and testing the best materials!  (You're not going to be a furniture guinea pig, we're using TRIED & TRUE materials.
• Our furniture is made of Aluminim BAR construction in the thickest material possible.
• Our cushions are  made to be of the utmost comfort..the perfect density that will not lose shape and the covers are welted, double encased and have zippers for easy removal. 
• Our fabrics are fade resistant Spuncrylic 1000!  What does this mean?  It's guaranteed not to fade for at least 2 years! 
• We do our best to bring you a quality purchase at a reasonable price. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund less the shipping cost both ways.

Below are our  "Frequently Asked Questions".

Q: Can I have a discount if I purchase more than one item?
A1. We give discounts of 10% on each added BUY IT NOW item unless the item is already on sale.  We do try our best to make Happy Deals but sometimes we are selling at cost, making that difficult...Just email us and tell us what you want, complete with item numbers and we'll do our best to make you feel like you've won the lottery. (Although we think that you will feel like you've already won the lottery when you get furniture of our quality at our prices!) 

A2: We also do combine shipping, unless the shipping is free.  We will need your zip code to get a combined shipping quote. If you are buying items that have free shipping, you can receive a credit of $70 per extra item which is the extra residential delivery charges we wont be paying :D. ( Yay!)

Q: Can I pick this up? It depends on how strong you are.  Oh, you meant pick it up from the warehouse?
A. No, we can not accommodate pick ups at this time for safety reasons and also, our credit card processers require a delivery signature from a freight company, otherwise, we'd love to have you come and chat with us over some hot cocoa, heavy on the marshmallows,  as temps in the warehouse are usually about 30 degrees during the day.   Local delivery in Las Vegas via a freight company is $179 which includes residential delivery by a Chippendale dancer...(ok so he was a Chippendale dancer 20 years and 60 pounds ago) and liftgate service charges of $80 and the minimum $99 freight charge. Local orders within NV are subject to NV state sales taxes.

Q: Can you ship this to an alternate address that does not match my billing address?  Yes, as long as you make your desired address the "Ship To" address in your Ebay and Paypal transaction.

Q: Can I get this in a different color?
A. We usually have most items in stock in a  HUGE VARIETY of different colors.  We can always check and list it for you on Ebay.

Q: How long will it take for you to ship it?
A. We ship it out within 24 hours 99% of the time. It will take 3-7 business days to reach you.
