Original bronze ball tipped door hinges I restored the finish by hand and brought it back to life with many coats of hand rubbed finish The finish is silky smooth and rich, when you rub your hand across the top, you can feel the rich grain As you would expect with any fine antique this piece has nicks, dings and character marks in the wood prior to restoration, it adds to the beautiful aged patina. Every where you look this is just a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. The inside of the cabinet was previously finished, I just touched up a few spots,it is in excellent condition Incredible little mahogany wood knobs on the doors, wonderful & original I restored one stretcher between the legs, it had a crack.Originally a piece of trim connected the upper front legs There is a sticker/label inside the cabinet which shows radio tube locations and a wiring diagram. The number "27933" is stamped into the lower back frame of the cabinet support.
